Back Pain

The spine is a complex combination of bone, fascia, muscle, ligaments, tendon, bloods vessels and nerves. In addition to all this, each spinal vertebrae is cushioned by a fluid filled discs. Injury to the low back is one of the most common conditions we treat at Adapt and can be caused by poor form lifting or picking up objects and incorrect ergonomics. While low back pain can be limiting and painful, many injuries to this area respond well to manual/active therapy and do not require surgical intervention as a first line of treatment.
