Bicep/Tricep Tendonitis

What Is Bicep/Tricep Tendonitis ?

This injury is most commonly due to overuse and can develop gradually over time. The wear and tear from repeated elbow flexion and extension along with preexisting injuries to the rotator cuff in the shoulder can have an effect on the front and back of the upper arm down to the elbow. Irritation from ongoing inflammation of the tendons that attach the biceps brachii and triceps brachii to the bones result in tendonitis.
