Foot Pain

The foot is comprised of many complex structures of small tarsal bones, numerous ligaments and tiny muscles that help support the entire weight of the body. Foot pain can be caused by several different acute or chronic injuries as well as repetitive stress and activity.  Improper footwear can inhibit the feet from being as strong and functional as they were intended, leading to poor balance, bony deformity, neurovascular compression and weakness in the arches of the foot. Foot pain is a common condition treated at Adapt Sports Therapy with success.
