Doctor Natalie developed a love for all things outdoors at an early age. She grew up running, hiking and wakeboarding in the beautiful pacific northwest. Developing a passion for endurance sports after attending Washington State University, she decided that helping her fellow athletes was what she wanted to do as a career and moved to Dallas Texas to attend Parker University. She graduated at the top of her class in doctorate school while still training and competing at many local races and events. Doctor Natalie’s primary focus for her own training is competitive trail running and cycling. Aside from treating runners and cyclists, Doctor Natalie specializes in pregnancy and post partum strength training and loves helping mothers stay injury free throughout pregnancy after giving birth. If she’s not out on the trail running or riding her bike, Natalie loves taking her golden retriever Arlo (the designated Adapt office dog) on walks around town.
