Check out the sport specific assessments we offer. These are designed to pinpoint weaknesses and imbalances that are limiting your performance and predisposing you to injury in your sport. From this, our doctors can give you a clear picture of where you should focus your energy in specific warm-ups, cross training and recovery.
Cycling Strength & Mobility Screening
With our resident cyclist Dr. Shawn, an accomplished competitive cyclist in road, gravel and mountain disciplines. He is a regular competitor at many of his favorite races throughout Colorado including FOCO Fondo, Leadville 100 MTB and SBT Gravel 150. He has had a long and successful career in cycling competing on the national level in his collegiate career in mountain bike and road disciplines at Texas A&M University and later as a guest rider for several continental pro teams in his post-undergrad days. You’re likely to see him any given day on our amazing local routes and group rides.
Running Strength & Mobility Screening
With our resident runner Dr. Natalie, a competitive runner in road and, her more recent favorite, trail disciplines. Starting her career with podium finishes in road ½ marathons she has gone on to take first place in the women’s division of her first Trail Marathon alongside another top 10 finish. As a mother, she has first hand experience with both training through pregnancy and returning to run postpartum with success.
